iLab Routine Maintenance - Multiple Instances

On Saturday April 27th, 2024 at 4:30 AM (UTC), routine maintenance has been scheduled for the following iLab server instances and API:

  • iLab Primary U.S.
  • iLab Stanford
  • iLab Canada

  • iLab Australia
  • iLab DFCI
  • Agilent Status Page
  • iLab Content Management
  • iLab Catalog Database

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, please take note that user will be experiencing server downtime of no more than 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

Monthly Server Maintenance - Multiple Instances

On Saturday January 9th, 2021 at 3 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers will be making updates on the server hosting the following Agilent databases:

  • iLab Stanford instance
  • iLab Content Management instance
  • iLab ERP Integration File instance
  • Agilent Status Page instance
  • Agilent CrossLab Connect Portal

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, some content and sites may not be available. iLab content can include image logos, images in descriptions, linked documents and status site.

[Saturday January 9th; 7:05 AM (U.S. EST)] - Maintenance completed and all sites operational.

On Saturday January 9, 2021 2:00 AM EST, Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing routine maintenance on the following nodes in the Lab US server:

  • Primary and Secondary General U.S. instances
  • iLab DFCI instance
  • Catalog Database Primary and Secondary instances
  • API instance
  • Kiosk instance

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

Maintenance is planned for 6 hours and during this time, about 1 hour of downtime is expected.

On Saturday December 26th, 2020 at 5 PM (AEDT), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be replicating the Australia server database to reduce maintenance and performance issues, as well as increase availability.

Maintenance is planned for 4 hours and during this time, iLab sites on the AU server may be unavailable.

[Saturday December 26th; 5:45 PM (AEDT)] - First phase of maintenance complete.

[Sunday December 27th; 12:00 AM (AEDT)] - Second phase was unsuccessful and Agilent Site Reliability Engineers in process of completing this phase. No more than 45 minutes downtime expected.

[Sunday December 27th; 3:00 AM (AEDT)] - Second phase not completed. Maintenance will be rescheduled.

[Tuesday December 29th; 3:45 PM (AEDT)] - Second phase has been completed and all sites are operational.
