iLab Routine Maintenance - Multiple Sites

On Saturday July 2nd, 2022 at 3:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be carrying out routine maintenance on the following servers:

  • iLab DFCI
  • iLab Catalog Database
  • iLab Canada

Maintenance is planned for 30 minutes and during this time, no more than 15 minutes of downtime is expected.

iLab Routine Maintenance - US, Stanford and Europe

On Saturday July 2nd, 2022 at 4:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be carrying out routine maintenance on the following servers:

  • iLab Primary US
  • ILab Stanford
  • iLab Europe

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, no more than 15 minutes of downtime is expected.

Please note: There should be minimal impact on operations for customers that use our servers for file transfers. If you do not use iLab servers for file transfers you will not be impacted. iLab Sites will remain operational for daily workflow and access.

CrossLab Portal Vulnerability Patch

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 8:30 am (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be conducting a routine patch on the CrossLab Portal production server. Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, about 15 minutes of site downtime is expected.

iLab US iLab US Performance Issues

[Wednesday April 6th; 7:00 PM (UTC)] - Sites on the iLab US instance may be experiencing slowness or errors when accessing the interface.

[Wednesday April 6th; 7:10 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have found the issue and are investigating.

[Wednesday April 6th; 7:30 PM (UTC)] - Site access is restored, however, there maybe some inconsistent operation, as Site Reliability Engineers continue to investigate.

[Wednesday April 6th; 7:35 PM (UTC)] - Site Reliability Engineers restarted instance, where issue was found, and site performance has stabilized.
