iLab US Performance Issues Wednesday, April 6th, 2022 15:00:00 EDT


[Wednesday April 6th; 7:00 PM (UTC)] - Sites on the iLab US instance may be experiencing slowness or errors when accessing the interface.

[Wednesday April 6th; 7:10 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have found the issue and are investigating.

[Wednesday April 6th; 7:30 PM (UTC)] - Site access is restored, however, there maybe some inconsistent operation, as Site Reliability Engineers continue to investigate.

[Wednesday April 6th; 7:35 PM (UTC)] - Site Reliability Engineers restarted instance, where issue was found, and site performance has stabilized.
