[Thursday October 22nd, 2020; 1:40 PM ( U.S. EST)] - iLab U.S. sites except DFCI and Stanford are intermittently unavailable and users may not be able to access sites.

[Thursday October 22nd, 2020; 1:47 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have identified the issue and have restored service to sites and will continue to monitor server performance.
