CrossLab CrossLab Connect Portal Page Load Issues

[Saturday June 18th, 2022; 1:15 PM (UTC)] - CrossLab Connect Service Management portal pages are not loading upon login. Agilent Engineers have begun investigating, towards a resolution.

[Saturday June 18th, 2022; 2:45 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Engineers have identified a cause and working towards implementing a fix.

[Saturday June 18th, 2022; 4:05 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers restarted CrossLab Connect Portal server and pages are loading.

[Saturday June 18th; 2022; 4:20 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Engineers and Site Reliability are actively monitoring, while investigating the root cause.
