iLab U.S. Server - Disk Space Upgrade

On Saturday Jan 15th, 2021, 1:00 AM (EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will work on an update to increase disk space on the following node in the iLab U.S. server:

  • iLab General U.S. instance

Maintenance is planned for 30 minutes, and during this time no downtime is expected.

[Saturday January 15th, 2022; 3:30 AM (EST)] - Maintenance has been completed and all sites are operational.

SLIMS Europe SLIMS Cloud Europe - General Maintenance rollback

On Tuesday, January 11, 2022 between 07:00 and 08:00 CET there was planned maintenance on the cloud.eu.genohm.com environment. Because of some unexpected issues it was required to do a rollback of the environment, the maintenance window was breached until 09:40 CET.

A new maintenance window was scheduled on Wednesday 12, 2022 between 07:00 and 08:00 CET.

Time window:

  • 07:00 - 09:40 CET (Europe)

iLab Server Vulnerability Patch - Multiple Instances

On Saturday January 8th, 2022 at 4:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be patching the following server instances, to reduce possible vulnerabilities:

  • iLab Primary US instance
  • iLab Stanford instance
  • iLab Europe instance

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.
