iLab Domain Migration - Multiple Sites

On Friday April 2nd, 2021 at 1:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers will be migrating
 the ilabx.com domain onto a more secure network instance.

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of down time is expected. Customers using the iLab Requisitioning and Storeroom > Management features may be affected.

[Friday April 2nd; 1:45 AM (UTC)] - Migration is complete and all sites are operational.

iLab Vulnerability Patch – Multiple Servers

On Saturday March 27th, 2021 at 6 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be conducting a vulnerability patch on the following servers:

  • iLab Stanford
  • iLab Europe
  • iLab Content Management
  • Agilent Status Page

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of site downtime is expected.

iLab Canada Code Base Update

On Thursday March 25th, 2021 at 9 PM (CA EDT) Agilent R&D will be updating the code base hosting the iLab platform on the Canada instance, to reduce vulnerabilities and increase security.

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, iLab sites will not be available.'

[Thursday March 25th; 9:01 PM (CA EDT)] - Agilent R&D has begun process in updating the code base on Canada instance.

[Thursday March 25th; 10:40 PM (CA EDT)] - Data migration is in progress.

[Thursday March 25th; 11:45 PM (CA EDT)] - Deployment of new code base is complete and all sites operational.

iLab US iLab U.S. Sites Performance Issues

[Monday March 22nd; 1:45 PM (U.S. EST)] - iLab U.S. sites may be experiencing slowness when accessing interface and performing specific tasks.

[Monday March 22nd; 1:57 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have found the issue and are investigating.

[Monday March 22nd; 2:10 PM (U.S. EST)] - Job causing slowness on server should clear shortly and performance levels on site should return to normal.

[Monday March 22nd; 3:30 PM (U.S. EST)] - There are large jobs running that may cause periodic sluggishness on iLab sites. Agilent Site Reliability Engineers are monitoring this closely throughout the day, to ensure the iLab sites remain operational.
