[Tuesday June 30th, 2:04 PM (U.S. EST)] - iLab sites, except Stanford, on the U.S. server experiencing general slowness and may not available for users.

[Tuesday June 9th; 2:16 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have begun investigation on server errors.

[Tuesday June 9th; 2:22 PM (U.S. EST)] - Issue has been found and resolved and site should be operational. Engineers will continue to monitory performance.

iLab US iLab U.S. - DFCI Server Modification

On Saturday June 27th, 2020 at 11:30 PM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will making modifications on the auto commit mode within the U.S. server - DFCI Instance. Maintenance is planned for 30 minutes, without any downtime.

[Saturday June 27th; 11:44 PM (U.S. EST)] - Maintenance complete and site is operational.

Content Management Server Migration - All iLab Sites

On Saturday June 27th at 6 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be migrating the iLab Content Management Database onto a more secure server instance. Migration is planned for 2 hours and during this time, some content may not be available. Content can include image logos, images in descriptions and linked documents.

[Saturday June 27th; 8:55 AM (UTC)] - Migration complete and all content on sites working as expected.

On Saturday June 27th , 2020 at 2 AM (U.S. EST). Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing routine maintenance on the following nodes in the U.S. server:

  • Primary U.S. instance
  • DFCI instance
  • Catalog Database instance

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

iLab US iLab General U.S. Performance Issues

[Friday June 26th, 2020; 3:10 PM (U.S. EST)] - iLab sites, not including DFCI and Stanford, are experiencing higher queue loads on the server and may be unavailable to some users. Agilent Site Reliability Engineers are investigating.

[Friday June 26th, 2020; 3:25 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have isolated the issue and restarted the servers. Site performance levels are stabilzing.

[Friday June 26th, 2020; 03:31 PM (U.S. EST)] - All issues have been resolved and sites are operational. Agilent will monitor performance.

[Tuesday June 9th; 6:36 PM (U.S. EST)] - Issue has been identified on the Network Service Provider side and is being worked on as an >urgent matter.

[Tuesday June 9th; 7:36 PM (U.S. EST)] - Network Service Provider continuing to investigate issues on the server.

[Tuesday June 9th; 8:00 PM (U.S. EST)] - Site performance has improved, however, still some latency with performance. Network Service Provider continuing investigation.

[Tuesday June 9th; 8:37 PM (U.S. EST)] - Site performance levels returning to normal and are operational.
