iLab Content Management and Agilent Status Page Upgrade Maintenance

On Saturday May 4th, 2024 at 4:30 AM (UTC), upgrade maintenance has been scheduled for the following iLab server instances:

  • Agilent Status Page
  • iLab Content Management

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, please take note that user will be experiencing server downtime of no more than 10 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

iLab North American Server Maintenance Downtime

The iLab service will be unavailable on Saturday, July 7 from midnight to noon EDT time (Friday, July 6, from 9 pm PDT to Saturday, July 7, 9 am PDT) for scheduled maintenance. The infrastructure team is working on some improvements to service reliability and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Some actions within the iLab environment are experiencing delays

[03:00 PM (U.S. EST)] - There may be some actions within the iLab site that may be experiencing delays in loading or not loading at all. Our engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve the issue. Until resolved, please refresh the page periodically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought.

[4:00 PM (U.S. EST)] - Our Site Reliability Engineers should have addressed the issue that may have caused the slowness in the site and all services should be operating at normal speeds.

System Unavailable For Some Customers

[4:30 AM U.S. EST] - Major service disruption for North America, investigating.

[12:45 PM U.S. EST] - Agilent Infrastructure team has applied some server upgrades to the Search microservice.  They have disabled some functionality of the search and interlock capabilities in iLab, so the team is working on restoring the service.  Apologies for the delay and we'll provide another update in an hour.

[1:20 PM U.S. EST] - All services have been restored and iLab site should be operational.
