iLab US Site Access Issues Monday, November 20th, 2023 09:30:00 EST


[Monday November 20th; 2:30 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers have found issues with Network Connectivity and users may not be able to access the iLab sites. We are investigating as an urgent matter.

[Monday November 20th; 5:30 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Engineers have implemented a fix that has remediated impact on the iLab sites and is operational for users. Agilent Engineers is continuing investigation on the root cause and actively monitoring the site.
