CrossLab Connect (CLC) Service Request Submission Failure Monday, September 18th, 2023 09:00:00 EDT


Users of the CrossLab Connect software application are currently unable to submit service requests within the site. Agilent Engineers are aware of the issue and working towards a fix as soon as possible.

[Monday September 18th; 1:00 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Technical Teams have identified issue with Service Request submissions and are investigating.

[Monday September 18th; 7:00 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Engineers have identified cause and are working to implement a fix.

[Monday September 18th; 11:00 PM (UTC)] - Issue has been resolved and users are able to submit Service Requests through the application now.
