Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers will be making updates to the PAN OS on the DCX environment hosting the following Agilent databases, at the following times:

Tuesday December 7th, from 12:00 PM (UTC) to 11:00 PM (UTC)

• iLab Australia instance

[Tuesday December 7th; 8:00 PM (UTC)] - Maintenance complete and iLab Australia sites operational.

Wednesday December 8th, from 7:00 PM (UTC) to 8:00 PM (UTC)

• iLab Europe instance

[Wednesday December 8th; 7:30 PM (UTC)] - Maintenance complete and iLab Europe sites operational.

From Thursday December 9th, 3:00 AM (UTC) to December 10th, 2:00 PM (UTC)

• iLab Primary US instance
• iLab Canada instance
• iLab Stanford instance
• iLab DFCI instance
• iLab Status Page instance
• iLab Content Management instance
• iLab ERP Integration File instance
• iLab Kiosk instance
• Agilent CrossLab Connect Portal

[Friday December 10th; 9:30 AM (UTC)] - Maintenance complete and all sites are operational.

Each maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, some content and sites may not be available. iLab content can include image logos, images in descriptions, linked documents and status site.
