iLab U.S. Server - General Maintenance Saturday, December 12th, 2020 02:00:00 EST

On Saturday December 12th, 2020 at 02:00 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing routine maintenance on the following nodes in the U.S. server:

  • Primary and Secondary General U.S. instance
  • Primary and Secondary DFCI instance
  • Catalog Database instance
  • General U.S. API instance
  • General Primary Kiosk instance

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

[Saturday December 12th, 4:00 AM (U.S. EST)] - Maintenance complete and all sites operational.
