iLab U.S. Server Memory Upgrade (Except Stanford) Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 02:00:00 EST

On Tuesday December 8th, 2020 at 2 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be working with the Network Service Provider to upgrade memory on the U.S. primary database instance, which will improve the performance across sites.

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, sites may not be operational for about 30 minutes.

[Tuesday December 8th; 3:45 AM (U.S. EST)] - Maintenance complete and sites are operational.
