Performance Issues - Multiple iLab Sites Monday, September 14th, 2020 10:10:00 EDT


[Monday September 14th, 2020; 2:05 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and R&D have found issue on one server instance that is causing slowness across all iLab sites. There may be some instability and inaccessibility to site, at times.

[Monday September 14th, 2020; 2:20 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Engineers are working with internal Network Infrastructure team, as well as Network Provider to resolve known issues.

[Monday September 14th, 2020; 3:07 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Engineers have isolated the issue and are working with the Network Infrastructure team, to resolve.

[Monday September 14th, 2020; 6:24 PM (UTC)] - Fix has been pushed onto instance with issues. Agilent Engineers are monitoring site performance.

[Monday September 14th, 2020; 7:34 PM (UTC)] - All issues have been resolved and site performance is at normal levels.
