[Monday August 10th, 2020; 2:35 PM (U.S. EST)] - iLab U.S. server experiencing issues within an instance that may cause sites on this server to not be reachable. Does not include Stanford site.

[Monday August 10th, 2020; 2:40 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have begun investigation and are working to resolve as soon as possible.

[Monday August 10th, 2020; 3:03 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Engineers have found the issue, with Network provider and site operation have begun returning to normal levels. Engineers will continue to monitor servers.
