iLab General U.S. Performance Issues Wednesday, August 5th, 2020 18:00:00 EDT


[Wednesday August 5th, 2020; 6:00 PM (U.S. EST)] - iLab sites, not including DFCI and Stanford, are experiencing higher queue loads on the server and users may not be able to complete certain transactions.

[Wednesday August 5th, 2020; 6:12 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have found the issue and are working to resolve.

[Wednesday August 5th, 2020; 6:40 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have restarted the server instance that was having back-ups and error rates are dropping.

[Wednesday August 5th, 2020; 6:55 PM (U.S. EST)] - Issue has been resolved and application should be stable now. Agilent Engineers are continuing to monitor.

[Wednesday August 5th, 2020; 7:45 PM (U.S. EST)] - Some issues still persist, where users are unable to perform certain tasks. Agilent Engineers are investigating.

[Wednesday August 5th, 2020; 8:06 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Engineers have found the issue and have cleared them, as well as restarted the instance having the issues.

[Wednesday August 5th, 2020; 8:15 PM (U.S. EST)] - Issue should be resolved and Agilent Engineers are monitoring.
