iLab General U.S. Performance Issues Friday, June 26th, 2020 12:10:00 EDT


[Friday June 26th, 2020; 3:10 PM (U.S. EST)] - iLab sites, not including DFCI and Stanford, are experiencing higher queue loads on the server and may be unavailable to some users. Agilent Site Reliability Engineers are investigating.

[Friday June 26th, 2020; 3:25 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have isolated the issue and restarted the servers. Site performance levels are stabilzing.

[Friday June 26th, 2020; 03:31 PM (U.S. EST)] - All issues have been resolved and sites are operational. Agilent will monitor performance.
