iLab North America Site Instability Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 09:22:00 EDT


There are issues within the iLab North America site, where users may be logged out of the site, not able to log into the site or click on any actions. Agilent Engineers are investigating urgently.

[Wednesday March 18th; 09:40 AM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Engineers have identified the issue and sites are more stable now. Investigation still being done on root cause.

[Wednesday March 18th; 9:51 AM (U.S. EST)] - All issues should be resolved now and sites are operational.
