iLab North American and DFCI Instance Unavailable Sunday, October 27th, 2019 07:16:00 EDT


[Sunday October 27th; 09:30 AM (U.S. EST)] - The iLab North American and DFCI instance are currently not operational. Agilent Site Reliability Engineers are working with the Network Provider to restore services as soon as possible.

[Sunday October 27th; 11:02 AM (U.S. EST)] - DFCI instance has been restored and are operational. Sites on the general North American instance are still being worked on, for services to be restored.

[Sunday October 27th; 2:00 PM (U.S. EST)] - Network service provider is continuing process to restore data. Current status of restore is about 67% complete.

[Sunday October 27th; 5:00 PM (U.S. EST)] - DFCI instance has been stopped and is no longer operations. Services will be restored with full North American instance.

[Sunday October 27th; 7:27 PM (U.S. EST)] - Network service provider has completed data restoration process. Services should be restored to sites shortly.

[Sunday October 27th, 7:44 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have found a different issue and have escalated with our service provider.

[Sunday October 27th, 9:35 PM (U.S. EST)] - Network Service Provider has disabled components, to reduce migration time. Data import process has begun, for data that did not show after initial restoration.

[Monday October 28th, 4:30 AM (U.S. EST)] - Network Service Provider has completed restoring all data to full North American and DFCI instances. Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have tested all services and iLab sites are operational.
