iLab Firewall Upgrade on November 11th, 2023 - Multiple Server Instances

On Saturday November 11th, 2023, Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be performing PAN OS upgrade for the following iLab server instances with maintenance schedules:

  • iLab Primary U.S.: 4:00 AM (UTC) to 6:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab DFCI: 4:00 AM (UTC) to 6:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Catalog Database: 4:00 AM (UTC) to 6:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab ERP: 4:00 AM (UTC) to 6:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Australia: 8:00 AM (UTC) to 10:00 AM (UTC)

During this time, 5 minutes of downtime is expected. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

iLab High Volume Billing System Performance Upgrade - Multiple Server Instances

On Saturday October 28th, 2023, Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers will be upgrading the iLab billing page to support high volume billing for the following iLab server instances with schedules:

  • iLab Europe: 6:00 AM (UTC) to 6:30 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Primary U.S.: 6:30 AM (UTC) to 7:30 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Australia: 8:30 AM (UTC) to 9:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab DFCI: 9:00 AM (UTC) to 9:30 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Canada: 9:30 AM (UTC) to 10:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Stanford: 10:00 AM (UTC) to 10:45 AM (UTC)

For each iLab server instance, no downtime is expected.
