On Saturday April 20th, 2024 at 8:00 AM (UTC), we will be performing a necessary, unscheduled site maintenance on the the following iLab server instances and API.

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, please take note that user will be experiencing server downtime of no more than 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

CrossLab Connect Site Maintenance

Each maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, some content and sites may not be available. iLab content can include image logos, images in descriptions, linked documents and status site.

iLab Catalog Database Server Upgrade

On Saturday April 23rd, 2022 at 4:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be performing an update on the following server:

  • iLab Catalog instance

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour, and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected. Materials Management and > Storeroom Management customers may experience some instability during the maintenance period.

iLab Australia iLab Australia Service Interruptions

Summary: Users were experiencing service outages on the iLab Australia instance and unable to access their sites. Site Reliability, Network and R&D Engineers restored services and began investigation on root cause immediately.

Update: Modifications have been made to reduce impact on users, going forward. Site Reliability and R&D Engineers have begun work on implementing fix onto all iLab servers, to permanently resolve service interruptions.
