iLab Routine Maintenance - Multiple Instances

On Saturday April 27th, 2024 at 4:30 AM (UTC), routine maintenance has been scheduled for the following iLab server instances and API:

  • iLab Catalog Database

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, please take note that user will be experiencing server downtime of no more than 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers will be making updates on the DCX environment hosting the following Agilent databases, at the following times:

Each maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, some content and sites may not be available. iLab content can include image logos, images in descriptions, linked documents and status site.

iLab Server Patch - Multiple Servers

On Saturday December 11th 2021, at 4:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be performing a patch to resolve vulnerabilities on the following servers:

  • iLab Australia instance
  • iLab DFCI instance
  • iLab Catalog instance

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and 30 minutes. During this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

iLab US iLab US Server Node Update

On Wednesday December 8th, 2021 at 4:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will roll back changes made to the iLab US database/ cache server node, which will stabilize performance.

Maintenance is planned for no more than 10 minutes, and during this time, there should be very little impact to the iLab US sites.
