iLab Vulnerability Patch - Multiple Servers

On Saturday November 28th, 2020 at 6 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be patching vulnerabilities for the servers below on the iLab environment:

iLab Australia iLab Canada iLab Status Site iLab Content Database

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, some content and sites may not be available. Content can include image logos, images in descriptions, linked documents and status site.

iLab U.S. Server - General Maintenance

On Saturday November 28th, 2020 at 2 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing routine maintenance on the following nodes in the U.S. server:

  • Primary U.S. instance
  • DFCI instance
  • Catalog Database instance

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

[Thursday October 22nd, 2020; 1:40 PM ( U.S. EST)] - iLab U.S. sites except DFCI and Stanford are intermittently unavailable and users may not be able to access sites.

[Thursday October 22nd, 2020; 1:47 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have identified the issue and have restored service to sites and will continue to monitor server performance.

iLab U.S. Performance Issues

[Thursday September 24th, 2020; 12:10 PM (U.S EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and R&D have found issue on the U.S. server instance that is causing slowness across all iLab sites. There may be some instability and inaccessibility to site, at times.

[Thursday September 24th, 2020; 12:30 PM (U.S. EST)] - Site should be accessible, however, general slowness may be present. Agilent Engineers are working with Network Service Provider on root cause.

[Thursday September 24th, 2020; 2:30 PM (U.S. EST)] - Server is more stable now and all sites remain operational.
