Maintenance
iLab US Server Migration

On Friday June 18th, 2021 at 9:00 PM (EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be migrating the following server nodes onto the Agilent Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

  • iLab Primary US instance
  • iLab DFCI instance
  • iLab Catalog Database instance

This migration will improve performance across the US sites and increase efficiency, as well as be more secure than the previous instance. Migration is expected for 8 hours, and during this time, iLab sites on the US server will be unavailable.

iLab US iLab U.S. Server - General Maintenance

On Saturday June 12th, 2021 at 2 AM (EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing routine maintenance on the following nodes in the U.S. server:

  • Primary U.S. Main instance
  • DFCI instance
  • iLab US API instance
  • iLab US Kiosk instance
  • Catalog Database instance

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers will be making updates on the DCX environment hosting the following Agilent databases, at the following times:

Saturday June 12th at 7 AM (UTC)

  • iLab Stanford instance
  • iLab Status Page instance

  • iLab ERP Integration File instance
  • Agilent CrossLab Connect Portal

Each maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, some content and sites may not be available. iLab content can include image logos, images in descriptions, linked documents and status site.
