iLab Primary U.S, Stanford, DFCI, Canada Site Maintenance

On Saturday April 20th, 2024 at 8:00 AM (UTC), we will be performing a necessary, unscheduled site maintenance on the the following iLab server instances and API.

  • iLab Primary U.S.
  • iLab DFCI
  • iLab Stanford
  • iLab Canada

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, please take note that user will be experiencing server downtime of no more than 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

CrossLab Connect Site Maintenance

Saturday April 20th, 2024 at 8:00 AM (UTC), we will be performing a necessary, unscheduled site maintenance on the CrossLab Connect server instance.

iLab Canada Server Firewall Upgrade

On Sunday March 22nd, 2020 at 2 AM (CA EDT), Agilent Site Reliability and Network Engineers will be upgrading the PAN Firewall on the EU server. Upgrade is planned for 1 hour and approximately 20 minutes of downtime is expected.

iLab EU Server Firewall Upgrade

On Sunday March 22nd, 2020 at 2 AM (London), Agilent Site Reliability and Network Engineers will be upgrading the PAN Firewall on the EU server. Upgrade is planned for 1 hour and approximately 20 minutes of downtime is expected.

iLab North America General Maintenance

On Saturday March 21st, 2020 at 2 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will performing a routine maintenance on the following nodes within the North America server:

  • DFCI instance
  • Catalog Database instance
  • General North America instance

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

Saturday March 21st, 3 AM (U.S. EST)] - Maintenance has been completed and all sites are operational.

iLab US iLab North America Site Instability

There are issues within the iLab North America site, where users may be logged out of the site, not able to log into the site or click on any actions. Agilent Engineers are investigating urgently.

[Wednesday March 18th; 09:40 AM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Engineers have identified the issue and sites are more stable now. Investigation still being done on root cause.

[Wednesday March 18th; 9:51 AM (U.S. EST)] - All issues should be resolved now and sites are operational.
