iLab Routine Maintenance - Multiple Instances

On Saturday April 27th, 2024 at 4:30 AM (UTC), routine maintenance has been scheduled for the following iLab server instances and API:

  • iLab Primary U.S.
  • iLab Stanford
  • iLab Canada
  • iLab Europe
  • iLab Australia
  • iLab DFCI
  • Agilent Status Page
  • iLab Content Management
  • iLab Catalog Database

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, please take note that user will be experiencing server downtime of no more than 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

iLab US Intermittent Performance Issues

[09/10/2018, 9:36 AM U.S. EST] - iLab Operations Software may be experiencing partial slowness and outage. iLab Engineers are investigating this as an urgent matter. If there are any questions, please contact iLab Support at ilab-support@agilent.com.

[09/10/2018, 1:00 PM U.S. EST] - iLab Engineers have isolated the issue and found a fix. Threshold levels should be stabilizing now. Please contact iLab Support at ilab-support@agilent.com.

iLab Europe Intermittent performance issues

We've identified and fixed a database issue which was impacting on the performance of our EU site. We've taken steps to prevent this issue reoccurring again and have verified everything is now working as expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

iLab US Stanford site unavailable

[August 24th, 2018; 05:57 AM EDT] We are currently investigating an outage for our Stanford site. Our engineers are aware of the problem and will seek to restore service as soon as possible. We will be providing updates as soon as we have further information.

[August 24th, 2018; 07:13 AM EDT] The incident is now resolved and the site is available again. We found an issue in our DNS records which caused the site to be unreachable, we've amended the records and this has resolved the problem. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Canada Data migration

We will be migrating our Canada based customers from our North American instance to a new Canada based server. This is currently scheduled all day Saturday, August 18th, from 00:00 am to Sunday, August 19th, 00:00 am CA EST.

[August 18th, 2018; 12:00 AM CA EST] - Work has commenced on database import.

[August 18th, 2018; 12:23 AM CA EST] - All CA cores have been made inactive in North American instance.

[August 18th, 2018; 07:50 AM CA EST] - Database migration is still in progress. Work is proceeding according to schedule.

[August 18th, 2018; 01:40 PM CA EST] - Major part of the migration complete, new site is available. Site Reliability Engineering team completing remaining tasks on check-list (updating the search index) and testing application.

[August 19th, 2018; 06:00 AM CA EST] - The iLab service is up and running - please contact ilab-support@agilent.com if you experience any difficulties
