System Unavailable For Some Customers

[4:30 AM U.S. EST] - Major service disruption for North America, investigating.

[12:45 PM U.S. EST] - Agilent Infrastructure team has applied some server upgrades to the Search microservice.  They have disabled some functionality of the search and interlock capabilities in iLab, so the team is working on restoring the service.  Apologies for the delay and we'll provide another update in an hour.

[1:20 PM U.S. EST] - All services have been restored and iLab site should be operational.
