iLab North America Search Server Error Impacting System Performance

[4:02pm EST] We experienced an error with our search server today beginning at 3:55pm EST. This error negatively impacted system performance across several tools within iLab which may have resulted in users seeing an on screen error message indicating an outage. The issue was resolved at 4:00pm EST and is being monitored by our Engineering Team.
