iLab General Maintenance - Multiple Server Instances, scheduled 2 weeks ago

On Sunday January 12th at 2:00 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing routine maintenance on the following iLab servers:

  • General North America and DFCI node.
  • API node.
  • Kiosk node.
  • Catalog Database node.

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

[Sunday January 12th; 10:28 AM (U.S. EST)] - During the planned upgrade, iLab systems were not operational from 4 AM (U.S. EST). Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider restored services on the iLab sites at roughly 10:25 AM (U.S. EST).
