iLab North America iLab Kiosk/ Interlock Connection

iLab customers using the kiosk interface with interlock are unable to connect to the bridge. iLab Site Reliability Engineer have found the issue and have raised an urgent ticket with our Network Service Provider, where the kiosk instance is hosted.

[07:48 PM U.S. EST] - Network service provider resolved the issue on their side. iLab team tested and confirmed bridge connection should be established now.
