iLab North America iLab North American Site Performance Issues

[Monday April 15th, 2:22 PM] - The iLab North American site is currently experiencing a higher than normal amount of load, and may be causing pages to be slow or unresponsive. iLab Site Reliability Engineers are investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.

[Monday April 15th, 2:48 PM] - Jobs processing on the back-end are starting drop.

[Monday April 15th, 2:58 PM] - Database error rates within the server have dropped off and returning to normal levels.

[Monday April 15th, 3:05 PM] - iLab Site Reliability Engineers and R&D continuing to monitor system health, as well as investigating root cause.
