DFCI iLab Site Unavailable

[Wednesday April 10th, 10:32 AM U.S. EST] - DFCI site was no longer reachable and iLab Site Reliability Engineers began investigation.

[Wednesday April 10th, 12:00 PM U.S. EST] - Ticket opened with Network Service Provider.

[Wednesday April 10th, 2:26 PM U.S. EST] - Issue escalated with Network Service Provider.

[Wednesday April 10th, 2:49 PM U.S. EST] - iLab Site Reliability Engineers able to isolate issue to dfci.ilab.agilent.com URL only and login integration with DFCI network.

[Wednesday April 10th, 3:19 PM U.S. EST] - Issue resolved and tested. iLab DFCI site available for users again.
