General Scheduled Maintenance - Multiple Server Instances, scheduled 2 months ago

On Sunday November 24th, 2019 at 2:00 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing general maintenance on the following service instances:

  • iLab North America
  • iLab DFCI
  • iLab Catalog Database

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, there may be some instability and general slowness within the sites. Downtime should be minimal and no more than 10 minutes.

[Sunday November 24th, 2019; 3:13 AM (U.S. EST)] - Scheduled maintenance complete. All sites tested and are operational.

iLab Database Update - Darjeeling and Demrf, scheduled 2 months ago

On Tuesday November 14th at 4:00 AM (U.S. EST) Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be updating database tables on the Darjeeling and Demrf iLab server instances. Approximately 10-15 minutes of downtime is expected.

[Tuesday November 19th; 6:15 AM (U.S. EST)] - Database tables have been updated and all sites have been tested and are operational.
