On Saturday August 24th at 10:00 PM (London), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will migrate the Europe instance data and transition the server from Zurich to Frankfurt. Expected time for the process is approximately 4 hours. During this time, users will not be able to access sites on this instance.

iLab Canada Server Firewall Upgrade, scheduled 1 week ago

Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Security will be upgrading the Firewall OS to a higher version on Sunday August 11th at 03:00 AM (CA EDT), for about 2 hours. During this time, users may be unable to access the site.

[Sunday August 11th; 03:08 AM (CA EDT)] - Work to upgrade Firewall OS on Canada Server has started.

[Sunday August 11th; 03:59 AM (CA EDT)] - Firewall OS upgrade is complete. Site is operational.
