iLab Australia Server Instance Database Upgrade, scheduled 4 days ago

On Sunday October 13th, 2019 at 1:30 PM (AEST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be working with our Network Service Provider to upgrade the iLab Database on the Australian Instance to help make the site more resilient. The upgrade is scheduled for 1 hour and during this time, there will be some downtime and instability with using the site.

[Sunday October 13th, 2019; 1:54 PM (AEST)] - Database upgrade to iLab Australia server are completed. All sites on this instance are fully operational.

iLab North American Server Patch Update, scheduled 4 days ago

On Sunday October 13th, from 2 AM to 5 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be performing a patch update with the Network Service Provider on the North American server instance for DFCI and Requisitioning. During this time, the iLab site may not be reachable for a small amount of time.

[Sunday October 13th; 4:00 AM (U.S. EST)] - Patch Update to iLab North American server are completed. All sites on this instance are fully operational.
