iLab North America Instance Firewall Upgrade, scheduled 4 days ago

On Friday February 21st, 2020 at 11 PM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Provider will be upgrading the North America PAN Firewall. Maintenance is planned for 4 hours and during this time, a minimum of 2 hours of downtime is needed.

[Friday February 21st; 11:00 PM] - Maintenance has begun and iLab sites on North America instance will be unavailable.

[Saturday February 22nd; 1:02 AM] - iLab sites operational. Maintenance still in progress.

[Saturday February 22nd; 1:32 AM] - Maintenance complete. Sites tested and operational.

On Saturday February 15th at 11 PM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Provided will be performing a routine maintenance on the North American server PAN. Activities are planned for 10-15 minutes and during this time, the iLab sites for North America will not be available.
