On Friday April 3rd, 2020 at 11:30 PM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will patch the following servers, to resolve vulnerabilities on the production environment.

  • iLab General North America
  • iLab Stanford
  • iLab Canada
  • iLab EU
  • iLab AU

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time no downtime is expected, however, sites may experience some instability.

On Saturday March 28th, 2020 at 2:00 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing a routine maintenance on the following nodes within the iLab North America server:

  • iLab DFCI
  • iLab General N.A.
  • iLab Catalog Database

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

Saturday March 28th, 2020 at 3:00 AM (U.S. EST), - Maintenance has been completed and all sites are operational.

On Friday March 27th, 2020 at 11:30 PM (CA EDT), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be making changes on the Utility Instance of the Canada server. Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, no downtime is expected.

[Friday March 28th, 2020 at 12:30 AM (CA EDT)] - Upgrade completed and all sites are operational.
